In light of recent circumstances, we have since adapted our policies and procedures in accordance with recommendations by public health professionals. Major changes are as follows:
- Recognizing that travel under current circumstances is especially uncertain, our cancellation policy has been redesigned to be more flexible. Guests may now cancel without penalty up to check-in time (12:00 PM PST) on the date of arrival.
- Facial coverings are mandatory within the common areas and all guests and staff are expected to practice social distancing (maintaining a minimum of 6 ft/2 m of distance).
- Guests checking in are subject to a no-contact temperature screening conducted by staff.
- A screen has been installed at reception to minimize contact between guests and staff.
- Towels may be purchased for individual use and will no longer be available for loan.
- The continental breakfast buffet has been replaced with a newly renovated kitchen equipped with a stove, microwave, sink, toaster, and toaster oven.
- Frequency of housekeeping has been increased to twice daily. Computers, pool equipment, and other amenities are sanitized and cleaned after each use.
- Sanitizer is abundantly available throughout the premises.
- The card processing fee has been removed to promote contactless card transactions. Transactions which were previously cash-only may now be made by credit/debit card.
- Activities and guided tours have been temporarily halted to limit group sizes and gatherings.
